1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms govern your access to and use of Kevor. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Have authority over each financial account you connect.
- Use the Service only in compliance with applicable law.
3. Description of the Service
Kevor is a read-only financial data connectivity service. It does not initiate transfers, execute trades, or make changes to your financial accounts. Kevor is not a bank, broker-dealer, investment adviser, or fiduciary.
4. Your Account and Security
You are responsible for accurate information, credential confidentiality, device security, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
5. Connected Accounts
By linking an account through Plaid, you represent you have authority to access it. Your connection is also subject to Plaid's privacy policy and services agreement.
6. AI Assistant Integrations
If you use Kevor with an AI assistant, you instruct us to transmit relevant information to that assistant's provider. Each AI provider is a separate entity with its own terms and privacy notices.
7–9. Third Parties, Beta, Acceptable Use
The Service depends on third-party providers. Beta features may change without notice. You may not connect unauthorized accounts, reverse engineer the Service, or violate applicable law.
10. No Financial Advice
The Service and all outputs are for informational purposes only. They are not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. AI outputs may be incomplete or incorrect.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
12. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability will not exceed the greater of (a) USD 100 or (b) amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
13–15. Governing Law, Changes, Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where GEA Ventures LLC maintains its principal place of business. We may revise these Terms; material changes will be posted with a new date. Questions: legal@balancebeam.finance.
